This thesis presents three distinct techniques to manage different levels of imbalance in real-time data.The initial approach proposes a sampling-based technique integrated with the bagging mechanism to handle data imbalance. The model identifies class-based data imbalance and performs oversampling for each available class. The bagging mechanism involves creating subsets of the training data, aiming to vary the imbalance levels in the training data to ensure effective prediction. Despite this, the effect of imbalance persists in the prediction mechanism, leading to the incorrect classification of several minority classes.

Automatic testing and fault diagnosis system for assembled PCB
The excellence of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBS) has an important outcome on performance of several electronic products. In mass-production of PCBS for electronics manufacturing industries, challenge is made to achieve hundred percentage excellence assurance of product. At manufacturing of PCB various faults are presented which are damaging to precise circuit performance. The industrial environment contains various kinds for faults finding methods in the assembled PCBS. Presently there are many test strategies are available for faults diagnosis in assembled PCBS for production line. In most of the test techniques to inspect the PCB based on manual visual inspection as well as image processing techniques. These all-test strategies find faults in assembled PCB without applying the signals. Usually, visual inspection of PCBS is done manually by inspectors. It is known that humans are subject to make mistakes, and they are slow and less reliable, so this paper aims to design and focus on developing a model to calculate the faults in a PCBS manufactured on a given assembly line, when we apply the signals to printed circuit board using embedded platform.
Energy Management in Industries
The aim of this research project was to investigate how industries in the Ponta Grossa region deal with energy management. It was based on the Brazilian energy scenario, with the industrial sector being responsible for the consumption of almost half of the electricity supplied in the country, which has now become one of the most essential consumer goods for society. In order to achieve the objective proposed in this research, the deductive method was used, followed by descriptive research. With regard to the problem, a quantitative approach was used. As a research technique, the procedure adopted was a survey targeting the industries of Ponta Grossa, where a questionnaire was applied to 10 industries. The questionnaire contained 15 objective questions and 2 descriptive questions to question professionals from the companies chosen, with the aim of collecting data and information pertinent to analysing and concluding the scenario under study. With regard to the theoretical basis, the themes of energy efficiency, energy and the environment and the industrial scenario were researched. The results of this research will help to promote the importance of environmental awareness.

Since orthogonal polynomials and special functions are often used in applications, they have found use in various branches of mathematics (e.g., combinatorics, numerical analysis, representation theory, and number theory) and engineering, physics and astronomy, integrable systems, optics, quantum chemistry, computer science, etc. As such, the number of theoretical and applied problems solved using orthogonal polynomials and special functions is constantly growing. Analysing the feasibility of using solar energy in an on-grid system
Generating electricity from solar energy can be used even during periods of lower solar radiation. In this way, as well as being a renewable source and reducing or zeroing out the local utility's energy consumption, it also helps to reduce costs and allows the return on investment to happen long before the useful life of the photovoltaic system ends. Therefore, this work consists of a case study of photovoltaic electricity generation in a model home in the city of I繳na - ES, showing that despite the variables imposed by nature and the fact that it is an expensive source to install, it is still viable to convert solar energy into electricity.
