The more I delve into the relationships and responsibilities of this fundamental part of school life, the more I realise the need to find other ways to contribute to the successful execution of their work. In this way, this research report is based on a study of the coordinating teacher, from the point of view of what is defined and supported by current legislation in Brazil and in the state of S瓊o Paulo, and on reviewing and observing the context of the study, as well as understanding the practices of those involved in this action.

For public organisations, this change was motivated by the increase in the range of services they began to offer society and by re-democratisation. In order to adapt, organisations have sought to develop their governance systems so as to guarantee that they can achieve their mission, objectives and strategic goals. For this reason, risk management has been highlighted as a methodology capable of offering organisations a reasonable guarantee of success. The risk management model presented by the Committee of Sponsoring Organisations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) has been one of the most valued. The literature shows that the development of employee competences in the basic themes related to the subject is one of the elements of the successful implementation of a corporate risk management structure. The aim of this work is to present a proposal for a training structure, based on the application of the ADDIE methodology, which will enable the development of basic risk management competences.

Sloan School of Management. The secretaries' specific assignment was to outline their 'unfinished agenda' for American industrial relations. To keep the appraisal from getting too ingrown, the cabinet-level perspective was balanced by an independent assessment of the state of collective bargaining, labor law, and the economy as seen by a panel of high-ranking corporate and union officials. Internationally and in Paraguay, women have demonstrated their capacity in various fields, contributing to social and economic progress. However, challenges such as the wage gap and lack of representation in leadership roles persist. This study aims to analyze the participation of women in the National University of Asuncion between 2013 and 2022, evaluating their evolution in enrollment and graduation in undergraduate and graduate programs.

Genesis of the Visconde da Gra癟a Agricultural Boarding School in Pelotas/RS (1923-34)
This research, carried out at the Postgraduate Programme in Education at the Federal University of Pelotas, in the area of Philosophy and History of Education, focuses on education in Pelotas-RS at the beginning of the 20th century, specifically analysing a school institution: the Visconde da Gra癟a Agricultural Patronage. The research was carried out using a socio-historical approach and documentary analysis, the main sources of which were the institution's Annual Reports and Student Records, the Pelotas newspaper Di獺rio Popular, the Almanaque de Pelotas, the Almanaque Correio do Povo (from the city of Porto Alegre/RS) and the Brazilian Laws and Decrees relating to Patronages. In this way, it aims to analyse the genesis of the Patronato. The theoretical basis took into account some discourses on agricultural modernisation, vocational education and medical-hygienist policies, and emphasised the education that was aimed at the poorest population in Brazil.
