Together with the Rural Social Movements, the aim is to break down the 'fences' of the university, which for many decades was not a space for rural subjects, and where the Degree in Rural Education (EDUCampo) emerges strongly to confront and 'break down' these 'fences'. The main thrust of the struggle of Rural Education, and thus of EDUCampo, is for the democratisation of land and knowledge, placing rural subjects as protagonists of rights, with diverse life experiences capable of epistemic, social, economic and educational enunciation, capable of transforming social reality.
Children's Learning
This research deals with the learning of children with ADHD in the mainstream school system, with the general aim of understanding the impacts, strategies and support in the learning process. Specifically, it seeks to address how ADHD interferes with development, the importance of pedagogical intervention and the mechanisms that can be used with these students. The research answers questions about the difficulties faced and the support that teachers and schools can offer. The study involved regular education professionals from a school in Montes Claros/MG, using qualitative research and structured interviews as a data collection tool. The research is relevant because it addresses the need to understand ADHD and its consequences for learning. Authors such as Camilo (2014), Oliveira (2019) and Lima (2015) were considered, as well as MEC studies. The research concludes that learning for children with ADHD presents challenges and requires adaptive strategies. The Effects of AVB in Teaching Children with Autism
The importance of implementing an early intervention programme in Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is widely acknowledged. Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is one particular intervention model that has received increasing attention. The essence of ABA is a careful analysis of behavior, adapted from the initial studies of Skinner, which aims to develop skills and reduce maladaptive behaviours in individuals with ASD. A core component of ABA is the use of positive reinforcement strategies to increase the probability of occurrence of certain behaviours. However, there is ongoing debate over the use of behavioural interventions as best practice for ASD. In this book, the efficacy of an ABA-based intervention was evaluated in ten children with ASD. The results of the present study demonstrated clear collateral gains in speech and social communicative behaviours. Additionally, there were significant reductions in the frequency of problem behaviours, which were associated with decreased parental stress level scores. These results indicate that ABA could be used as a tool to successfully promote target behaviours as well as reduce maladaptive behaviours in ASD.

This work is the result of the author's life experience and tireless studies as an educator, in an attempt to prove the interference of affectivity in the construction of knowledge and in the life of every human being as a whole. Through a study carried out on the school floor, the author looks for evidence of the positive and negative interferences that occur in the school environment and which, directly or indirectly, affect the development of student learning. As well as demonstrating the transformative or destructive power that teachers have in the exercise of their profession, the author seeks answers to the events that occurred in the classroom when he attended the initial grades of elementary school and had both extremely pleasant and unpleasant experiences in his literacy process. These experiences were reflected throughout his academic life. This book seeks to provide guidance to education professionals so that they can reflect on and become aware of the importance of their work as educators and promoters of the future dreams of their students or, in a similar way, destroyers of dreams.
Afro-Brazilian Literature and Identities
Faced with the ethnic-racial obstacles that I observe and experience on a daily basis within school walls, I decided to focus my efforts on building educational knowledge that contributes to the development and insertion of pedagogical practices that explore the cultural and racial diversity of students. I chose to work with Afro-Brazilian literature, not because it was a fad or compulsory, but because I believe that the literary bias, backed by Law No. 10.639/03, highlights the importance of black culture in shaping Brazilian society. In addition, it contributes to and intervenes in an affirmative construction of the ethnic-racial identity of adolescents of African descent within the school environment. To this end, I searched Afro-Brazilian literature for black protagonists who were not portrayed or seen as inferior to whites; not dirty, not ugly and certainly not animalized. But they should be seen as human beings who don't need any adjectives to describe their humanity and their biotype in terms of the color of their skin, their hair, the shape of their face, among other characteristics.

Physical education teachers' continuing education narratives
This study investigates continuing education in Physical Education using as its source the (auto)biographical narratives of 14 Physical Education teachers who work in Basic Education in three municipalities in Greater Vit籀ria/ES. It is characterised as a study of (auto)biographical narratives, using as sources: questionnaires, focus groups, interviews, conversation circles and participant observation recorded in a field diary. The study is structured in three linked chapters. In the first, we analyse the meanings that teachers attribute to continuing training. The second analyses the productive consumption that teachers produce in and from training contexts. With the aim of bringing the university closer to basic education and signalling possibilities for policies on the subject, in the third chapter we analyse the training carried out at the Physical Education Centre (CEFD) of the Federal University of Esp穩rito Santo.
