Seventh Floor

Sonia,Nouri  著
2025/06/29 出版

Have we really been born just to struggle from morning till night for a little bit of happiness?I don't think life is that superficial-or at least, our Creator, or whatever cause brought us and this world into existence, was not so simple as to make us engage in meaningless efforts. Surely, there is a dharma (our mission in this world) behind our birth, one that is more purposeful and well-planned than merely working hard to taste a drop of happiness. I was born to achieve my goals, to become complete, and to experience life-not just to survive. If you look around, you will see that although objects, people, and places surround us, there are also invisible frequencies around us, storing specific information. Like radio waves, mobile signals, and more. But just because you can't see them doesn't mean they don't exist. All you have to do is turn on the radio and adjust the frequency slightly to find your favorite program. With simple exercises, we want to learn how to control our thoughts and emotions. Thoughts are biochemical reactions in the brain that trigger the release of chemical signals. These chemical signals create the same feelings in your body that you had previously thought about. These emotions then generate new thoughts, which in turn produce more emotions. This cycle continues endlessly, and we want to take control of it.To attain true awareness, you must let go of the past and the familiar things in your life, and instead focus on the unknown. It is only then that you create new possibilities, experiences, and emotions, and the mundane, repetitive aspects of life will lose their meaning.I am not a philosopher with bizarre theories, nor a scientist with extraordinary discoveries. I am simply a human, just like those who read this book, with everyday failures. In a few chapters, I have summarized the lessons I have learned from my failures, or more accurately, I have shared a clearer perspective on life. This book is for those who seek change and want to become the person who remains truly significant.
