Rhythm of Youth
Aging is a disorder of youth. My colleagues and I have invested 48 years of ongoing research in the exploration and development of an AI signalling language, SRET, which tunes and synchronizes the body to the Rhythm of Youth. SRET amplifies inherent resonances to unblock and facilitate the synergy of signalling dialogues weaving the strings of life. It transfers AI quantum analog blueprints of vibrational quasi-protein information, designed to reinstate cellular conversations, which mobilize the body's compensatory and repair mechanisms. SRET decongests toxic and inflammatory debris. It triggers brain activity, fortifies metabolism, boosts fitness, and immunity. Clean life energy revitalizes the entire person, body, and mind. Current antiaging remedies focus on the symptom, neglecting the deeper interacting structures of the core. Unseen micro-impediments speed up health decay. Restoring harmonious bio-communications stops the clock and empowers longevity. Time reversal can only be achieved by reinstating optimal regulation of energy and youthful resilience. SRET makes that possible. We flow in the Rhythm of Youth. We can be young at any age, because the rhythm of youth is ageless.

Archform
The basic principle of arch form in orthodontic treatment is that within reason, the patients original arch form should be preserved. These variations in arch form however, are not reflected in the preformed arch wires presently available and it is important to keep in mind during orthodontic treatment that if they are used, their shape should be considered a starting point for the adjustments necessary for proper individualization. Today, however, many normal variations are emphasized more than the specific type of arch forms. Recent studies nullify the existence of a single ideal arch-form template, indicating that dental arch forms are highly individual, and defining a single generalized shape and using variations of it should be avoided.

Anti-Inflammatory Action of Paranitrophenyl-Glyoxylic Acid Thiosemicar
It is known that inflammation is a universal reaction of the body to various external and internal damaging factors, which differs in its etiology and pathogenesis, course, local and general manifestations. The strong and persistent nature of inflammation has a negative effect on the functioning of organs and tissues. For this reason, anti-inflammatory drugs are widely used in the treatment of many diseases and pathological conditions. In addition, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are also used to relieve pain and reduce fever. Therefore, they are among the most commonly used drugs.Unfortunately, modern nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs cause various side effects and complications with repeated use. The most common and dangerous of them are gastrointestinal tract injuries (erosion, ulceration, perforation, and death due to severe bleeding). This phenomenon is more common when using nonselective inhibitors of the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme and less common when using selective or specific inhibitors.

Carotid Artery and Physiology of Saliva
Common Carotid ArteryThe right common carotid artery originates in the neck from the brachiocephalic trunk immediately posterior to the right sternoclavicular joint and is entirely in the neck throughout the course. The left common carotid artery originates in the thorax as a direct branch of arch of aorta. It has two parts: thoracic (chest) and cervical(neck) part. The thoracic portion of the left common carotid artery ascends from the arch of the aorta through the superior mediastinum to the level of the left sternoclavicular joint, where it is continuous with the cervical portion. Both the left and right common carotid arteries ascends through the neck, just lateral to trachea and esophagus within the fascial compartment(carotid sheath). Physiology of Saliva "Saliva is a clear, watery, complex fluid secreted by salivary glands, the most common function of which is to maintain the well being of oral cavity." In humans, saliva is 99.5% water and 0.5% electrolyte, mucin, white blood cells, epithelial cells.

Traumatic Scapholunate Ligament Injuries
Scapholunate (SL) ligament injury is a common injury to the wrist and often the result of a high energy mechanism or fall. This determines two main epidemiological lesional classes: A young population (20-30 years), associated with isolated high energy trauma; An older population (40-50 years), usually manual workers, associated with repeated trauma. The former will be seen rather early, the latter later, which also considerably reduces therapeutic possibilities.Since young, active individuals are particularly prone to these injuries a reconstructive technique that withstands the high demands placed on these wrists is required. Often these injuries are missed and untreated during the acute phase when direct repair of the ligament is possible. Surgeons are often left to choose from a myriad of reconstructive techniques designed to reproduce the best carpal kinematics while attempting to restore strength and range of motion (ROM) of the wrist. It is well established that, if left untreated there is a staged pattern of predictable arthritis that develops in the carpus.

Essential reading for rehabilitation professionals seeking to translate motor learning principles into effective practice.
Human Blood
The book with the title " Human blood-physicochemical and rheological properties " is structured in 3 chapters. The structure and rheology of human blood are key to understanding its function and behavior in the circulatory system. Blood is a complex fluid that is not only made up of water but also a variety of cells and proteins that give it unique physical properties. Human blood consists of several components, each with specific functions: plasma (55% of total blood volume), water approximately 90% of plasma is water, which acts as a solvent and medium for transporting various substances. Rheology refers to the study of the flow and deformation of materials. Blood rheology focuses on the behavior of blood under different shear conditions in the circulatory system. Blood has a non-Newtonian viscosity, meaning its flow behavior is dependent on the shear rate (the rate at which the fluid is being deformed). At low shear rates, blood behaves more like a gel due to the aggregation of red blood cells, while at higher shear rates, it flows more like a typical fluid.
Traumatic Brain Injury

The Use of Pirenoxine (Catalin) in Ophthalmology
Cataracts, a major cause of serious visual impairment, have been treated since ancient times, beginning with rudimentary methods like couching. Surgical techniques evolved significantly over the centuries. Non-surgical approaches to delay or prevent cataract formation have been increasingly a focus of research. The study in this book aims to summarize and critically evaluate the existing evidence on the efficacy and mechanisms of pirenoxine in the management of cataract and related ocular conditions. Pirenoxine exhibits multiple pharmacological actions that may delay cataractogenesis. While promising, its global clinical use is limited due to the lack of large-scale randomized controlled trials. While Pirenoxine (Catalin) eye drops offer a pharmacological approach to delaying cataract progression via local ocular mechanisms, growing evidence suggests that systemic antioxidant supplementation may offer synergistic benefits.
Autologous revascularized bone-fascial-cutaneous flaps
This publication focuses on the comprehensive surgical approach to mandibular reconstruction using the fibula free flap (FFF), a cornerstone technique in modern head and neck reconstructive surgery. It presents the current state of the art, including detailed anatomical, technical, and clinical aspects of FFF harvest, shaping, and integration, particularly in oncologic settings. Emphasis is placed on indications, surgical planning, flap design, microvascular techniques, and postoperative management, supported by updated literature and high-resolution surgical iconography. Aimed at maxillofacial surgeons, otolaryngologists, and plastic surgeons, this work highlights practical decision-making frameworks and explores advanced procedures like double-barrel techniques for height restoration. It also covers complications, limitations, and flap alternatives in patients with vascular risks or complex anatomical challenges. This monograph is intended for academic and clinical use, making it an essential reference for surgeons in training and specialists seeking to refine their reconstructive protocols.
A Comparative Study of Human and Non-Human Hair Samples from Delhi
The work titled A Comparative Study of Human and Non-Human Hair Samples from Delhi explores the microscopic and elemental differences between human and animal hair to aid forensic investigations. Through comparative analysis using both physical and chemical methods, including microscopic examination and SEM-EDX (scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray analysis), the study characterizes unique traits in hair from various species, such as humans, dogs, cows, cats, and buffaloes. The research aims to assist in source identification of hair evidence at crime scenes. It highlights the significance of hair morphology and elemental composition in forensic science, particularly in cases where hair is one of the few biological traces available. Findings indicate clear interspecies variation, with specific cuticle patterns, medullary structures, and elemental markers unique to each species, enhancing the reliability of hair as a forensic tool.
Surgico - Anatomical Study of the Marmas of Upper Extremity
Susrutha experienced the importance of anatomical spots, while treating the traumas occurring in war and established the knowledge in Susrutha Sharira Sthana sixth chapter as Pratyeka Marma Nirdesha. Most injuries of upper extremity need much to care because they frequently lead to the disabilities in the performance of professional and personal activities and this disability can make a person jobless. Marmas of upper extremity are analysed scientifically and discussed emphatically to reveal the anatomical structures at that level. Symptomatology and complications, due to injuries of the Marmas are co-related, with the injuries to the various structures present in the upper extremity and surgical approaches to them, as said in the modern medicine. Since injuries on wrist joint always are serious affair for the patient as well as surgeon, therefore anatomical and surgical study will be needful exercise for the subject of Rachana Shareera. The symptoms presented as Kunthita (functional deformity of hand) are discussed under the injuries of the structures related to Manibandha Marma.
Long-Term Care and Older People in Western Europe
Based on a comparative study covering 15 Western European countries, this edited volume examines the responses of long-term care homes for older people to the COVID-19 pandemic. It analyses the preparedness of governments and residences and the structural weaknesses revealed and exacerbated by the crisis, such as staff shortages, the precariousness of employment in the sector, and the deficient coordination between the health and caring sectors. By examining the governance structures of the care home sector and their performance before and during the crisis, the book highlights the institutional, organisational, and management challenges facing care homes, both in continuing to provide services to an increasingly ageing population and in the event of future public health crises.
