The studies lead to the conclusion that the estimation of Escitalopram (ESC) and Etizolam (ETI) in their combination dosage tablet formulations can be accomplished with success using the RP-HPLC technology. The RP-HPLC method is sensitive, accurate, precise, specific, and has good reliability. It is also possible to successfully analyse the combined dosage formulation of etizolam (ETI) and escalopram (ESC).With these methods, there is no interference from additives, matrices, etc. These investigations could be clarified with additional research on different pharmacological formulations. The suitability of these methods on biological samples needs to be studied in the future.

Patient with Suspected Cauda Equina Syndrome
Cauda equina syndrome is the clinical syndrome seen when there is acute compression of the cauda equina nerve roots and is a rare neurosurgical emergency. The approximate incidence in patients presenting with low back pain is 0.27% but delays in investigation and treatment can result in life-changing permanent disability. The best practice for patients presenting with potential cauda equina syndrome is urgent MRI imaging at the presenting hospital to avoid delays in diagnosis. Patients with a positive finding of cauda equina compression should proceed to decompressive surgery to restore the diameter of the spinal canal urgently to reduce the risk of developing a permanent deficit.

Nutraceuticals in Immune Function
Nutraceuticals are products derived from food sources with health benefits in addition to their basic nutritional values. Many of them can positively affect and enhance the immune system, which is particularly pertinent in the current turbulent times of COVID-19. Not surprisingly, nutraceutical sales rose dramatically during the pandemic period. However, much research is still needed to understand how natural products interact with the immune system to clarify their chemical compositions, mechanisms of action, and effects on health and illnesses. This Special Issue provided an open forum for researchers to share their research findings in the growing interest in nutraceuticals. We received an overwhelming response with a total of 33 submissions, of which only nine original research papers and ten reviews were accepted after rigorous peer-review. The included articles research into natural substances of interest in nutraceuticals ranging from herbal medicine to vitamins to microbiota-derived metabolites. The investigated immune-related responses include cancer, neurological diseases, gastroenterological disorders, inflammatory conditions, and infections.
Cytotoxicity - A Crucial Toxicity Test for In Vitro Experiments
Cytotoxicity experiments are performed in order to assess the possible toxic effects and safety profiles of chemical, physical and biological agents. There are several mechanisms by which a substance may lead to cellular toxicity, including impairment of cellular functions, disruption of the cellular membrane and/or cellular signalling pathways or inducing an immune response. Cytotoxicity testing involves both in vitro and in vivo methods. In vitro methods offer a rapid and cost-effective approach, while in vivo methods provide a more comprehensive assessment. Rigorous cytotoxicity testing is essential for meeting regulatory standards, enhancing user safety, and improving the product quality of drugs, cosmetics and medical devices. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data obtained from in vitro cytotoxicity studies is critical for evaluating the safety profiles of different agents. In the past years, many in vitro methods have been developed to evaluate the viability of cells, and each method has its advantages, disadvantages, strengths and limitations. There are different methods for determining cytotoxicity. They can be summarized as "Staining Methods", "Colorimetric Methods", "Fluorometric Methods", "Luminometric Methods" and "Other Methods". The researchers should choose the most appropriate method for their research by considering the cell type they will use, the dose and properties of the chemical, physical and biological agents, and the mechanism through which it causes cell death (such as apoptosis, necrosis, autophagy). This book mainly focuses on cytotoxicity determination as the primary and crucial step in evaluating toxicity. In this book, the readers will find traditional and new methods used to evaluate cytotoxicity. Stereotactic Body Radiation and Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy Therapy for Cancers
Within the last decade, the radiation oncology community has witnessed increased adoption of hypo-fractionated, high-precision radiation therapy using stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), also referred to as stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR), across many disease sites in the thorax, abdomen, and pelvis on the basis of clinical evidence demonstrating both efficacy and safety. The indication of SBRT/SABR is poised to greatly expand in coming years especially for the management of oligometastatic and oligoprogressive disease.
