Hier wird der Schwerpunkt auf Gesundheitsf繹rderung durch Bewegung gesetzt und es werden Kinder im Alter zwischen 3 und 6 Jahren betrachtet. Die ersten Lebensjahre eines Kindes sind von gro?er Bedeutung f羹r seine Entwicklung. Es werden gesundheitsrelevante Einstellungen sowie Verhaltensweisen erlernt und gefestigt, die sehr pr瓣gend f羹r die Entwicklung sein k繹nnen. Obwohl die Gesundheit der Kinder in Deutschland eher positiv zu bewerten ist, konnten bei circa 20 Prozent der Kinder Gesundheitsauff瓣lligkeiten festgestellt werden. So zeigt sich eine Verschiebung von akuten hin zu chronischen Krankheiten und von k繹rperlichen zu psychischen St繹rungen. Dazu geh繹ren Entwicklungsauff瓣lligkeiten im Bereich von Bewegung, Sprache, Verhalten und Ern瓣hrung. Besonders gef瓣hrdet sind Kinder in einem Familienumfeld, das durch Armut, Arbeitslosigkeit, soziale Isolation, ung羹nstige Wohnumgebung und Migrationshintergrund gepr瓣gt ist. Diese negativen Einfl羹sse k繹nnen sich ung羹nstig auf die k繹rperliche, soziale und psychische Entwicklung auswirken. Schuleingangsuntersuchungen zur Fr羹herkennung konnten gesundheitliche Probleme und Entwicklungsauff瓣lligkeiten bei Kindern in der motorischen Entwicklung, der Koordinationsf瓣higkeit, sowie Haltungssch瓣den und Fehlern瓣hrung feststellen. Es konnten auch Probleme in der Sprachentwicklung, Wahrnehmung und dem H繹r- und Sehverm繹gen festgestellt werden. Des Weiteren leiden viele Kinder an Verhaltensauff瓣lligkeiten und Konzentrationsst繹rungen. Daher ist es wichtig, eine Gesundheitsf繹rderung fr羹hzeitig einzusetzen um negative Folgen in der Entwicklung zu vermeiden.

Depressionen sind ein aktuelles Thema, welches zunehmend in den Fokus der Gesellschaft r羹ckt. Laut aktuellen Zahlen des Robert Koch-Instituts erkranken in Deutschland pro Jahr 9,2 % der Menschen an einer Depression. Besonders lange Ausfallzeiten im Job kennzeichnen die Diagnose der Erkrankung. Die H瓣ufigkeit der Arbeitsunf瓣higkeit aufgrund psychischer St繹rungen war im Jahr 2018 mit 5,5 % zwar gering, dreimal so hoch waren jedoch die Ausfalltage mit 15,7 %, was den Schweregrad der Erkrankung deutlich macht. Neben den gesamtwirtschaftlichen Sch瓣den, die diese Entwicklungen verursachen, haben Depressionen weitreichendere Folgen. Nicht nur das Erwerbsleben ist beeintr瓣chtigt, auch das soziale Umfeld und der K繹rper werden bei einer Depressionsdiagnose in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Obwohl die Pr瓣vention von Depressionen ein weltweites Gesundheitsziel ist, erschweren Stigmatisierungen und Bagatellisierungen nicht nur die Pr瓣vention, sondern verhindern Fr羹herkennungen der Krankheit. Der rasante Wandel ver瓣ndert dabei nicht nur die H瓣ufigkeit von psychischen Erkrankungen, auch die Ern瓣hrungsweise der Menschen 瓣ndert sich. Dabei werden folgende Variablen gegen羹bergestellt: Voll- vs. Teilzeitbesch瓣ftigte, B羹roarbeitsplatz vs. kein B羹roarbeitsplatz sowie mit vs. Ohne F羹hrungsverantwortung. In diesem Zusammenhang werden dementsprechend Unterschiede, falls es welche zwischen den beiden Gruppen gibt, dargestellt und beschrieben. Ein weiteres Ziel liegt in der Berechnung eines durchschnittlichen Gesundheitsverhaltens deutscher Angestellter. Ausgehend von diesem Gesundheitsverhalten wird das Ziel verfolgt, mittels einer Regressionsanalyse zu pr羹fen welche der Variablen Alter, Geschlecht, Branchengruppe und F羹hrungsverantwortung einen signifikanten Beitrag zur Vorhersage des Gesundheitsverhaltens leisten. Zudem wird eine Sekund瓣ranalyse eines vorhandenen Datensatzes mit 5000 Teilnehmern durchgef羹hrt. Mittels verschiedener deskriptiver und inferenzstatistischer Verfahren werden die Ergebnisse anschlie?end dargestellt und interpretiert. Urspr羹nglich wurden eher physische Gesundheitsrisiken der Arbeit betrachtet. In den letzten Jahren wurden jedoch ebenfalls psychosoziale Belastungen im Zusammenhang mit verbundenen gesundheitlichen Beeintr瓣chtigungen in den Vordergrund ger羹ckt. 2013 ergaben sich nach Sch瓣tzungen der Bundesanstalt f羹r Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin (BAuA) in Deutschland etwa 568 Millionen Arbeitsunf瓣higkeitstage. Fast 79 Millionen Arbeitsunf瓣higkeitstage sind allein der Diagnosegruppe 'Psychische und Verhaltensst繹rung' zuzuschreiben. Die Ausgestaltung dieser Reform ist gro?z羹giger in Bezug auf die Bewertungssystematik, die Leistungsh繹hen und die ?bergangsregelungen hinsichtlich der ?berf羹hrung der bisherigen Pflegestufen in die neuen f羹nf Pflegegrade. Durch das NBA wird der Grad der Pflegebed羹rftigkeit nach dem Grad der Selbst瓣ndigkeit und nicht mehr nach dem Bedarf an Unterst羹tzung durch k繹rperliche Einschr瓣nkungen bemessen. Bei der vorherigen Einstufung wurden beispielsweise Demenzkranke mit ihren kognitiven Einschr瓣nkungen nicht ausreichend ber羹cksichtigt, da sie bis ins hohe Alter noch Verrichtungen des t瓣glichen Lebens selbst瓣ndig durchf羹hren konnten, aber durch Vergesslichkeit oder Weglauftendenzen sich und andere gef瓣hrden konnten. Women who have endometriosis are more likely to be infertile, thus, there is a need to rethink the practices that are used for diagnosis and also the treatment for the disease, and with this, it is important to have the support of family members and professionals, because there are great emotional impacts. This study was conducted as an integrative review of qualitative literature on the topic of endometriosis.

HIV/AIDS Prevention and Health Promotion
HIV infection is currently one of the leading causes of death and disease in countries around the world, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo in general and Mwene-Ditu in particular are no exception. Ignorance of the serological status is one of the important factors of the propagation of the disease. Therefore, we conducted a descriptive and cross-sectional observational study from June 15 to July 15, 2020, i.e. one month in our railway town of Mwene-Ditu. It consisted in identifying not only the explanatory factors of low utilization of HIV voluntary counseling and testing services (VCT), but also in determining the socio-demographic characteristics of the users of this service. The usual descriptive and epidemiological statistical analyses were carried out for this purpose to determine the associations between certain variables studied.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a respiratory disease characterized by airflow obstruction, generally progressive and associated with a chronic inflammatory process. It is a pathology on the rise worldwide, being attributed mainly to smoking and environmental pollution. Dyspnea, cough, and phlegm production are the most frequent symptoms in COPD and may precede spirometric changes by years. Dyspnea on effort, chronic and progressive, is the most characteristic symptom of the disease and its perception is variable, in which many patients do not mention it or find the reduction in respiratory capacity natural as the years go by. Although it is considered an avoidable and treatable disease, with slow pulmonary deterioration, it is essential to understand its pathophysiology in order to control not only the symptoms, but also its risk factors, especially smoking. The present study was carried out as an integrative qualitative literature review on COPD.
