Breast cancer (BC) is an important cause of mortality globally. Chemotherapy is used as a preventive treatment against BC; however, this usage has many burden effects. Thus, the era of natural therapy has gained popularity in recent years due to its safe impact on normal cells. Green tea (GT), one of these essential herbal medicines, is an excellent source of anticancer agents containing polyphenols (PP) and compounds called catechins, including epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EG), which makes them attractive sources for research into potentially novel therapeutics. GT can induce breast cancer cell death through modulating apoptosis signaling pathways.

Musculoskeletal disorders among blue-collar workers
Sixty-six cases were studied. Women accounted for 71.2% of cases. The average age at the time of consultation was 43, with 22 years' professional seniority. The carrying of heavy loads was reported by 83% of patients. Degenerative disorders of the lumbar spine accounted for 46% of requests for an opinion of fitness. Musculoskeletal disorders were the cause of sick leave of more than 15 days over a one-year period preceding the occupational medicine consultation for 31.8% of workers. A work-related accident was noted in the antecedents of 43.9% of employees. Avoidance of carrying heavy loads was indicated for 53% of workers, alternating postures for 21.2% and avoidance of going up and down stairs for 19.6%. All workers were trained in handling rules.
Infections and the elderly
Infectious diseases are common in the elderly and are a source of significant morbidity and mortality, as well as an additional cost for public health. The aim of our work was to determine the epidemiological, clinical and paraclinical particularities of infectious pathologies in the elderly. Through a retrospective study including 30 patients aged 65 and over hospitalized in an internal medicine department in Tunis for infections, we report a semiological and etiological polymorphism. Several risk factors favoring infection were identified: polypathology, polymedication, undernutrition, diabetes, anemia, advanced age greater than or equal to 80 years and immunosuppressive treatment.
The Fear of Hypoglycaemia in Parents of Children with DM1
The diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (DM1) not only affects children physiologically, socially and psychologically, but also affects the family environment and, more specifically, their parents or primary caregivers. Among the many complications of DM1, the most frequent is hypoglycemia. Frequent or severe hypoglycemia in children has been related to psychological alterations, and they can also develop fear of hypoglycemia (FH), described as a barrier that influences the achievement of therapeutic objectives and adherence to treatment by children and their families. It is important to detect and measure this phenomenon in parents in order to develop interventions that decrease this fear and improve children's disease control and family quality of life. The general objective of this study was to validate the Hypoglycemia Fear Survey for Parents (HFS P) in Spanish as a tool for detecting MaH in fathers, mothers and caregivers of children with DM1. The methodology used was the cultural adaptation of the instrument and a subsequent analysis of its psychometric properties in the target context.

Fractures of the Upper Extremity of the Humerus
FESH is a polymorphic group of lesions with a bimodal distribution. There is no consensus on management, particularly in young and active subjects, although several therapeutic strategies have been proposed in the literature.Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of 100 cases of FESH in patients aged between 20 and 55 years. All patients underwent conservative treatment. Clinical evaluation was based on the Constant score and radiological evaluation on the SOFCOT criteria.Results: Neer 2 fractures (65%) were the most common, followed by Neer 3 (32%). The mean neck-diaphysis angle was 44簞. Reduction was satisfactory in 87% of all fractures. The pinning technique and orthopaedic treatment were the most likely to result in callus. For the different therapeutic methods, the best average Constant score was found with plate osteosynthesis.Conclusions: The functional outcome of FESH in the young population depends on the quality of reduction and especially on post-reduction translation.

Green Tea Extract as a Free Radical Scavenger and a Lipid Burner
This study aims to evaluate the possible effects of aqueous green tea extract on dyslipidemia and oxidative stress in cholesterol-fed male rabbits. 24 local domestic male rabbits were used in this study. Their weight ranged between 1.2 and 1.6 Kg. High cholesterol diet consists of 1% cholesterol (1gm for each 100mg of standard rabbit diet). About 4 ml of blood are collected from the rabbit heart. The blood sampling was done in the beginning of the study (zero time), after 1 month and after 2 months of treatment. The blood samples were allowed to clot at 37 C and centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 15 minutes. Sera were taken and analysed for the determination of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), very low density lipoproteins (VLDL), serum malondialdehyde (MDA), the byproduct of lipid peroxidation as oxidative stress marker and serum glutathione (GSH) as antioxidant marker.

Cervical Laminectomy and Static Disorder
Cervicarthrosic myelopathy is a group of degenerative processes affecting the cervical spine.affecting the cervical spine, resulting in narrowing of the spinal canal and chronic suffering of the spinal cord.Surgical treatment is required whenever neurological deterioration continues unabated. The primary aim of treatment is to relieve myeloradicular compression by eradicating the stenosing elements of the cervical canal. This decompression can be performed posteriorly, anteriorly or in combination. The choice of the best technique remains controversial. Extended cervical laminectomy without fusion has long been the treatment of choice for cervicarthrosic myelopathy, whatever its origin, and remains one of the most widely used surgical techniques. Numerous complications of this procedure have been described, including sagittal statics disorders, including kyphotic deformities and spondylolisthesis.
Nursing staff errors
Paediatric drug therapy is a challenge for nurses as the physiological differences between children and adults greatly influence the degree of efficacy of a drug. Worldwide, different studies have reported that there are errors in the administration of intravenous drugs. Fortunately, the cases in which the medication error is of vital importance to maintain the safety of the patient and the nurse are exceptional. Intra- and inter-individual biological variability in adult patients
The variability of calcium, urea and creatinine in hemodialysis patients depends on the nutritional status and the clearance produced by the treatment. The aim of the present study was to determine the variability in a 10-month observation period in a group of hemodialyzed patients in an adult population with stage 5 chronic renal disease. The individual biological variation (IVC), the inter-individual biological variation (IVC), the reference value of change and the coefficient of relative variation (CVR) were calculated. A total of 165 cases, aged 60.5 簣 15.2 years, were analyzed. The pre-dialysis urea CVI indicated a stable protein intake. Post-dialysis urea CVI was variable and related to differences in the prescription of extracorporeal flow treatment. The CVI of serum creatinine has implications with constant loss of muscle mass over the study time. Calcium CVG was associated with an increase in calcemia in the first 4 months and a steady fall after this period, probably associated with decreased intake of calcium products after the 4th month.

Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PBT) causes pain in front of and around your kneecap. This syndrome is sometimes called "Runner's knee" and is more common in people who participate in sports that involve running and jumping. Knee pain often worsens when you are running, going up or down stairs, sitting for long periods of time, or squatting. Simple treatments such as rest and ice often help, but sometimes physical therapy is necessary to reduce patellofemoral pain. Patellofemoral stress syndrome, which causes damage to the cartilage under the patella, is more common in young women. Any factor that causes the patella bone (patella) to be in a more external position than the normal position causes patellofemoral stress syndrome or knee patella pain syndrome. Disturbances in the alignment of the lower limbs (biomechanical disorders of the lower limbs), for example, due to Genova gum, excessive rotations of the lower leg, etc., can facilitate the process of PFPS. This pain is caused by irritation of the area where the patella of the knee is placed on the femur.

TM surgery retains an important place in the curative management of these tumors, whether for children or adults. Medicinal over-medication is considered a syndrome of aging and with the development of modern medicine and the rapid increase in the number of elderly, the phenomenon of over-medication has become a concern of health care providers for the elderly, such as doctors, pharmacists, institutes, and medical institutions, for the consequences there of side effects, increased rates of falls, and non-compliance with the drug regimen.Polypharmacy is generally quantified as the use of several medicines, such as prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, complementary and alternative medicine products, and vitamins. The number of medications usually used to define polypharmacy has been a source of contention and is constantly growing. Five or more daily medicines are generally regarded as high polypharmacy, while ten or more medications are considered extreme polypharmacy.
Reducing Falls among Older Adult Women
Age is a key risk factor for falls. The prevalence of falls among elderly women over the age of 80 is significantly higher than that over the age of 65, which is half and one-third, respectively. Women are more susceptible to fall-related outcomes since they present lower muscle strength over the lifespan when compared to men. Older adult women can also develop a fear of falling that leads to activity limitation, social isolation, and a reduction in quality of life.Nurses play an important role as health care staff to keep their patients safe in long-term care facilities by providing evidence-based interventions for fall prevention. Preventive Measures for Viral Hepatitis B and C
With an estimated 8-10 million people living with viral hepatitis in Egypt and millions more at risk for infection, viral hepatitis is among the most significant public health problems facing this country. Most morbidity and mortality result from the chronic form of viral hepatitis, which is caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections.Hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections cause morbidity and mortality in dialysis patients. Prolonged vascular exposure and multiple blood transfusions increase the risk of acquiring these blood-borne infections in these patients. The risk for patients to become HBV positive increases 1.47 times each month of dialysis-contaminated devices, equipment, and supplies; environmental surfaces; and attending personnel may also play a crucial role in the nosocomial transmission of these infections.

It impairs the knees among 10% of women older than 60 years and is the main cause of pain, disability, and prejudice in quality of life among elderly women.Osteoarthritis of the knee is very common, affecting 33.6% of adults over the age of 65. Interestingly, women are more affected and burdened by osteoarthritis of the knee than men. Studies have shown that osteoarthritis is expressed differently in women than in men and may affect certain parts of the knee disproportionally. In addition to the anatomic area affected, women usually present in more advanced stages compared with men, have different gait patterns, and report more pain and disability.

Compliance with hand hygiene recommendations is the most important measure in preventing health care-associated infections.

Frequency of SARS-Cov2 in patients with acute respiratory infection.
The present research work examines patients who consulted with symptoms of acute respiratory infection in the Respiratory Contingency of the Hospital de Cl穩nicas during the year 2022.These patients were tested for antigen and PCR for SARS-Cov2 with nasal and nasopharyngeal swab techniques, of both sexes from 18 years of age and older, from different departments of Paraguay.
Surgical Blood Transfusion in Gabon
The aim of this study was to assess transfusion requirements during surgical practices at the H繫pital d'Instruction des Arm矇es OMAR BONGO ONDIMBA (HIA OBO), focusing on blood products issued by the HIA OBO blood bank in the visceral surgery, orthopedic surgery and obstetrics and gynecology departments. This study enabled us to gain a better understanding of the population and profile of patients transfused in surgical settings. Transfusion needs are growing at HIA OBO, encouraged by the introduction of new techniques such as hip replacement. However, much remains to be done to develop a transfusion strategy adapted to current surgical practices.

Acute Intestinal Intussusceptions in Children Over Two Years
Acute intestinal intussusception (AII) is the most common cause of bowelobstruction in young children. According to literature, this condition is rare after the age of 2years and is often due to a pathological lead point (PLP). The aim of our study is to report the demographic and clinico-radio-therapeutic characteristics of children over 2 years of age hospitalized for AII. We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study on patients over 2years of age hospitalized for AII in the Pediatric Surgery Department at Fattouma Bourguiba Hospital. The median age was 3 years. The complete triad (intermittent abdominal pain, vomiting and bloody stools) involved only 7.14% of patients. Ultrasound was applied for all patients and revealed a local cause in 4 cases. Hydrostatic reduction under scopic guidance was performed as a first-line treatment for the majority of patients (97.32%) and was associated with a high success rate (85.32%). In fact, the majority of AII were idiopathic (92.86%) and only 7.14% were due to a PLP. Twenty-one patients (18.75%) underwent surgical reduction, among them only eight had a PLP.

Self-medication in the paediatric population is a worrying global problem that requires careful identification of underlying risk factors. Our research has highlighted this trend, mainly characterized by the frequent use of antipyretics in conjunction with antibiotics to treat fever in children. The risk factors we identified focus mainly on parents' lack of knowledge about fever and the drugs they administer. These findings underline the imperative need to increase parental awareness and review regulations governing the over-the-counter sale of medicines, particularly antibiotics, with a view to ensuring children's safety.

Relational Capacity in Strategic Alliances in the Pharmaceutical Sector
It evaluates the relationship between conflict resolution, relational capacity and the performance of contractual strategic alliances. The universe of this study is Brazilian human pharmaceutical companies. The population of companies was defined as pharmaceutical laboratories, pharmacochemical companies, biotechnology companies and pharmacy chains. A structural and measurement model was drawn up consisting of causal relationships between these constructs based on existing theory. The model was used to define first and second order latent variables and measurable indicators. Primary data was collected from 159 companies through interviews with managers responsible for alliances. One alliance was studied in each company. To test the data collected on the measurement model, structural equation analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares method. The results show that there is consistency between the theoretical basis used in the study and the empirical data obtained.
