Financial Analysis of Performance of Cement Industry
The present research work deals with the individual as well as in comparative evaluation of the financial analysis of performance of Ultra-Tech Cement, Shree Cement and Ambuja Cement. It empirically examines the various aspects of financial performance of selected cement industries. For the sake of analysis secondary data sets were collected from various sites and sources to understand the working capability and financial growth of the cement sector.To achieve the goals of the present study key statistical tools were implemented on the collected datasets of the selected cement industries (Ultra-Tech Cement, Shree Cement and Ambuja Cement Industries). We identified usage of secondary data sets, and selected numbers of the statistical tools as the key limitations of the Presented Study. On the other hand during the course of the investigation, a further unanticipated limitation was identified as the COVID-19 pandemic. In terms of Recommendations and Suggestions and For the sake of technological innovation and better marketing abilities, it is proposed to construct or enhance the research and development sector in order to increase the overall performance of the cement companies.

Evaluation of the Internal Control of the Medical Supplies Company 2020-2023
Today's organizations are made up of different areas that include activities that contribute to the achievement of business objectives. These include management, personnel and finance. The Empresa Nacional de Suministros M矇dicos EMSUME, annually since 2020, under the guidelines of the Comptroller General of the Republic, develops training to all staff on internal control to the 19 UEBs in the country. In May of each year, the Comptroller General's Office gives the Indication on the National Self-Control Exercise, from the perspective of strategic auditing. The present research develops the steps followed in these Self-control Exercises and the results achieved in the period 2020-2023. The results of the 5 working groups created are presented, organized by the Internal Control components, to check, verify and analyze the results of the application of the General Self-Control Guide for the Business Activity appropriate to the company. Subsequently, the measures proposed to eradicate the deficiencies detected are presented, with special emphasis on those that persist in the 4 years of study.

Preliminary Risk Analysis in a Sector of the Chemical Industry
The aim of this work was to survey the main risks in the filtration sector of a chemical industry using the risk analysis techniques: Checklist and Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA). Based on the methodological technique provided by the multinational company DUPONT, the Checklist was applied as a preliminary survey that provided data to be recorded in an APR spreadsheet, and analyzed under the Supporting References in the Selection of the Probability of Occurrence of an Event, which indicated the different degrees of risks detected and classified using the General Risk Tolerability Matrix. The results obtained through the use of the APR technique made it possible to pinpoint where and what the causes of the risk were, and to present suggestions for mitigating or eliminating them. This book is a study of e-marketing as a communication strategy in tourism, focusing on Mozambique and, more specifically, on the tourist resorts of Praia de Bilene, a tourist destination located in the province of Gaza, in the south of the country. The topic is influenced by the internet platforms that have emerged thanks to the development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Methodologically, the research used a literature review, online research and a questionnaire survey of 312 tourists from the five establishments that make up the sample (tourist complexes - Aqu獺rius, Humula, Palmeiras, Ferrovi獺rio and Massala beach). The data was processed using the SPSS 17.0 statistical package, specifically the analyse- descriptive statistics- frequencies and crosstabs tool. The objective of the study is to examine the effect of customer relationship management strategy on students' satisfaction in private colleges in Hawassa city. The study employed explanatory sequential research design with a mixed research approach. The study employed both primary and secondary data which collected using structured questionnaire and key informant interview. The study involved a total of 362 private college students and eight key informants using multi stage sampling procedure. It employed both quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. The finding of the study revealed that there is satisfaction among students on those services provided by private collages in the city administration.

Internationalization is generally an intense and dynamic phenomenon that requires huge resources to trigger itself and this is even more evident for International New Ventures because of the so-called liability of newness and liability of foreignness. A systematic review of the literature revealed that the main mechanism by which INVs try to deal with the lack of resources is the use of relational networks.This exploratory study seeks on the one hand to contribute to the literature on network theory in internationalization, focusing on one of the possible categorizations of networks - social and business networks - by interpreting and investigating the two-phase internationalization process (exploration and exploitation), from the point of view of the International New Ventures entrepreneurs; on the other hand, to fill a gap in the literature about the scarcity of studies on European funding and the lack of studies on these financing(or co-financing) instruments as a resource for internationalization.The results show that, INVs use personal networks during the exploration phase, business networks in the exploitation and European funding in both phases of the internationalization.
