Vocational Technical Education Teacher Training Policy
This work highlights the role of how the educational policy of teacher training for Technical Vocational Education is subjected to and consents to the new forms of labour and production at the SESI/SENAI Integrated Unit in the municipality of Rio Verde - Goi獺s. The results show that there is a lack of regulations on teacher training policies for technical vocational education. The guidelines found address this training with few pedagogical and political arguments, which, in a way, leads us to infer whether it might not be a way found by the State to release itself from this training, which takes into account a possible "consensual submission" between the State and Vocational Education Institutions in the sense that this training is not effective. As far as the SESI/SENAI Integrated Unit in Rio Verde-GO is concerned, as the research showed, there is a concern with both the initial and continuing training of its teachers, a factor that makes explicit an institutional policy of hiring teachers with pedagogical training and also legal support for pedagogical complementation in continuing training courses.
The Pygmalion Effect with children from the Mental Health Network
This book analyses the phenomenon of the Pygmalion Effect with children from the mental health network in mainstream schools, in primary school classes. This is a problem in the network that offers comprehensive education with a guarantee of equity for the child population, which results in some difficulties shared by the various health and education services, as in the case of mental health. The justification for this study is to understand the knowledge of regular school teachers about the Pygmalion Effect through their expectations of success or failure in the public school system with children monitored by the Mental Health Network, taking into account the numerous variables related to the social, historical, cultural, psychological and biological context of the subjects involved in the school integration process. With the aim of identifying whether the Pygmalion Effect occurs in the school context in the public school system with children monitored by the Mental Health Network. It is based on field research carried out using questionnaires applied to teachers, with the aim of demonstrating the perception of this phenomenon by denying its Pygmalion Effect in children cared for by the mental health network.

Continuing teacher training is a relevant and current issue when it comes to building identity and improving teaching performance. However, in relation to Physical Education, especially in Early Childhood Education, it is still not widespread. This study seeks to understand and analyze Continuing Education and its contributions to the development of the pedagogical work of Physical Education teachers in Early Childhood Education in the Florian籀polis Municipal Education Network. Data was collected through document analysis and observation, as well as a questionnaire and focus group. From the content analysis, the results converged on the positive contributions that the Continuing Education moments have been providing to their teachers, who perceive their importance, both for their professional and personal growth, and are satisfied with the results. However, it can be seen that the educators want proposals that are more contextualized to their daily practices, as well as asking for greater motivation and recognition, an increase in the frequency of meetings and variability in the themes and methodologies covered.

M Learning to Promote Discovery Learning
Mobile Learning (ML) makes discovery learning possible because of its ubiquity, students are constantly updated by the research of the topics given by the teacher, they are also motivated and stimulated to learn to learn autonomously through the use of different apps downloaded on their mobile devices. That is why it is important to implement ML in the teaching practice, but for this to be possible, the American University must make pedagogical changes considering the use of active methodologies and considering new learning strategies such as discovery, provision of resources and adequate teacher training in order to capitalize to the maximum the advantages of these technologies. The methodology used is descriptive, non-experimental field design and its paradigm is quantitative. The sample is made up of 25 teachers from the faculty of health, and the survey technique was applied. The results showed that the teachers of the UAM health faculty make very little use of M Learning despite the fact that they know it in theory, but in practice there is very little activity in the classroom.

Another support was the didactic-pedagogical notebook customized for the local context, based on the needs of the target audience (7th grade). These materials, produced by the teacher-researcher during her Master's intervention, were based on a city in the interior of Bahia (Feira de Santana/Brazil), its singularities and popular narratives. Certainly, these practices were presented as a stimulus to cultural and identity manifestation, their respective insertion into school daily life, the constancy of writing and the prevalence of student protagonism in interaction and new technologies.

Verbal language and imagery
This work refers to the PhD thesis linked to the project "Literacy with literacy: initial and continuing training and teaching work in public schools in the southern region of Santa Catarina", by the Observatory of Education, funded by CAPES/INEP. The purpose of the study was to check whether verbal language with images and/or only images was included in discursive practices for the development of orality and writing in the literacy process. It was characterized as a case study based on participant observation of teaching practices in two third-grade classes in the nine-year elementary school in the AMUREL - SC region. The research describes discursive sequences of pedagogical practices that took place in these classes and which led to checking whether genres that included images circulated in the classroom and thus understanding how language with images was used in teaching.

Excelling in various fields, from theatrical arts to self-defense, he has always sought to embrace diverse experiences.In 2018, Dr. Liufau's life took a turn when he became involved in addressing Asian hate crimes and the mental health challenges faced by his own children. I introduced myself to David as a "profit improvement consultant." Most clients dislike the term "business turnaround specialist." The mission is the same: pull the company off the ledge of bankruptcy and get to positive cashflow and profitability as quickly as possible.David's company was, on the outside, successful.
