Difficulties in Nursing Care for Venezuelan Migrants
Nowadays, migration is seen as a global phenomenon, as it is on the increase. Lately, Venezuela has been facing a tough political crisis, and its population has suffered the consequences. Since then, a large part of the Venezuelan population has begun to migrate to other countries, including Brazil. The state of Roraima, which borders Venezuela, has received a large number of Venezuelan migrants, and the capital Boa Vista has been one of the main choices. A large proportion of migrants can be negatively affected by the experience of migration, especially in terms of their health conditions. Therefore, this research aimed to identify the difficulties faced by nursing professionals in providing health care to the Venezuelan migrant population, given that these professionals are always present in health institutions and have the greatest opportunity for contact with clients.
Thione Seck
Senegalese music is rich in diversity and history, having given birth to many internationally renowned artists. Among them, Thione Seck stands out as one of the most influential and respected poets. His career, spanning several decades, has not only shaped Senegal's musical landscape, but has also brought worldwide recognition to Senegalese music, particularly the mbalax genre. Born in Dakar on March 12, 1955, Thione Seck grew up in a griotte family, a traditional West African caste of musicians and storytellers. From an early age, he was immersed in the art of music and singing, which shaped his artistic future. In 1977, he joined Orchestre Baobab, one of Senegal's most famous groups, where he honed his style and gained in popularity. Thione Seck is best known for his role in the development of mbalax, a musical genre that blends traditional Senegalese rhythms with modern influences such as jazz, funk and Latin music.
Evaluation of the Essential Oils of Montepuez's Aromatic Plants
The use of medicinal plants in the treatment of illnesses is a practice that has always been used and widely spread in Mozambique. Essential oils are complex mixtures of secondary metabolites isolated from different parts of plants. Due to the increased use of these aromatic compounds, research has been carried out resulting in the development of new products. Considering the common use of aromatic plants, we conducted this study with the aim of evaluating the antimicrobial activity and chemical composition of essential oils from dried leaves of the species Cymbopogom citratus, Lantana camara, Lippia javanica, Ocimum americanum, Ocimum basilicum and Plectranthus sp., a group of plants widely used in folk medicine in the Montepuez district. The essential oils were extracted by hydrodistillation in a Clevenger apparatus. The essential oils that were active against the three microorganisms used were Cymbopogom citratus, Lippia javanica, Ocimum americanum and Ocimum basilicum. The classes of secondary metabolites were detected using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry.

Anton Bruckner and the Reception of His Music
A bold, deeply researched, and long-needed debunking of the platitudes and prejudices that have long clouded our view of the personality and compositional habits of Anton Bruckner. Bruckner was, and continues to be, among the most divisive figures in the history of nineteenth-century music, in large part owing to the complexities and contradictions of his personality and the amalgam of differing stylistic features that characterize his musical language. Miguel J. Ramirez's insightful book scrutinizes the stereotypes about Bruckner's personality that loom large in the public imagination, the controversial editorial policies behind the publication of his collected works, and the trends in the reception of his music that were set early on by a handful of Viennese journalists. Working to undo the platitudes and prejudices that cloud our view of Bruckner's true personality and compositional habits, this study debunks the entrenched misconception that he was a helpless victim of "the Viennese press"-a notion contradicted by the pugnacious exchange in which pro- and anti-Bruckner critics invariably engaged after the premiere of each of his works. Ramirez demonstrates that, from the mid 1880s onward, only Eduard Hanslick, Max Kalbeck, and a few other critics persisted in their opposition to the Brucknerian symphonic oeuvre and that their caustic and denigrating reviews were vastly outnumbered by those of more appreciative critics who heard what performers and listeners cherish now: the music's coherence, grandeur, and emotional sweep.

Simplifying
The aim of this paper is to present an application that I created for use on Android smartphones, which helps 9th grade teachers with the content: Pythagorean Theorem, calculating areas of flat figures and Bh獺skara's Formula. The app can help students solve the exercises, which are shown step by step. Because there are still teachers who are not tech-savvy, the app was developed in a clear and intuitive way, making it easy for both the teacher and the student to use. It is a way of encouraging elementary school teachers to work with cell phone technology. Some activities have been suggested for use in the teaching and learning of the 9th year of elementary school with the content mentioned. It is hoped that this app will encourage students and teachers to use digital technologies to promote the teaching and learning of mathematics.

This work is based on the understanding that tourists are looking for the simple and authentic aspects that characterise traditional communities. Society is discovering the environmental importance and strategic value of maintaining the rural landscape, and is treating rivers, fauna and flora as essential elements for human beings. This context has led to the revalorisation of the way of life and the emergence of new economic, social and environmental functions for rural areas, allowing communities new ways of ensuring their permanence in the countryside. The specific objective focused on infrastructure that could make tourist activities viable, researching activities and developing indicators in a participatory way to diagnose environmental, social and cultural aspects that could be tourist attractions. The locus of the research was the municipality of Novo Air瓊o, located on the right bank of the Rio Negro, 115 kilometres from Manaus as the crow flies and 143 kilometres by river. It has a strong tradition of working with handicrafts, with the Novo Air瓊o Craftsmen's Association (AANA) as a reference.

Construction and evaluation of a low-cost collector in Palmas - TO
Brazil is currently facing a problem between energy availability and demand, partly due to the improvement in the standard of living of some classes and the high consumption of the population. This unbridled consumption has led to constant concern about large-scale energy production. According to the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL, 2010), around 77% of the electricity generated in the country is supplied by hydroelectric plants, due to government policy and Brazil's great hydroelectric potential. The electric shower is one of the items among household appliances that accounts for the largest share of residential consumption, from 25 to 35% of total expenditure according to EPE (2012). It is estimated that the shower consumes between 6.2 and 8.7% of the energy produced in the country, and is also responsible for 18% of the peak demand of the electricity system (Rodrigues and Matajs, 2004). The applicability of the ecological solar heater as a social technology makes it viable for implementation in low-income households, as it simultaneously saves electricity and improves quality of life. The results showed that it is possible to save up to 33.27% when replacing the electric shower.

Refractive surgery is a surgical procedure used to correct refractive errors. Despite the great benefits that photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) provides, one of the limiting factors of this technique is post-operative pain. Pain is a multidimensional and subjective experience. The use of pain-relieving instruments benefits patients, doctors and makes the procedure more peaceful in the immediate post-operative period. Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) is one of the most widely used refractive surgery techniques in the world. Despite its effectiveness and safety in the treatment of myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism, pain remains one of the major challenges in the postoperative period of PRK. Although the combination of the drugs codeine (oral opioid) and paracetamol (analgesic) is widely used in the post-surgical period of various medical specialties, the efficacy and safety of this combination has not been evaluated in the management of post-PRK pain.
Enhancing the Hygienic Assessment Methods for 'MEHRIBONLIK' Homes
In this monograph, the hygienic rules and norms for the construction, equipping, and educational conditions of "Mehribonlik" houses were developed. The physical development of the pupils, according to their gender and age, was hygienically evaluated. The feeding order and conditions of the pupils, as well as the hygienic rules and norms for the physiological well-being of teenagers, were also developed. The system of health measures aimed at improving the health status of the pupils in "Mehribonlik" houses has been improved. This monograph highlights the results of the assessment of the growth and development of foster children in "Mehribonlik" houses in different regions of the republic, and the study of their relationship with environmental factors. The theoretical foundations of the hygienic requirements for the design and construction of "Mehribonlik" houses have been established. Measures to improve the health of children and adolescents in institutional conditions have been developed, including the optimal parameters of the microclimate and the level of illumination. Additionally, the efficiency of medical examinations has increased.

"I'm a Barbie Girl, in a Barbie world," the ubiquitous refrain that dominated the airwaves in summer 1997. Aqua's single from their debut album Aquarium spread like wildfire, topping charts across the globe. With their erotically charged lyrics and dance beats, Aqua moved beyond their Danish Eurodance beginnings and achieved global renown in the late 1990s. In the US, however, they are an infamous "one hit wonder," remembered for their highly publicized lawsuit with Mattel. Although Aqua's fame waned at the turn of the millennium, the 25th anniversary of their debut precipitated a resurgence in their popularity. This book unwraps a bubblegum dance classic to offer the first in-depth examination of what lies beneath Aqua's sticky-sweet veneer. It traces the history of Aquarium alongside interpretations of the album's singles informed by queer theory and covers by contemporary musicians commissioned for the book. ROTAM - Individual and collective training for typical operations
The aim of this research is to reflect on important operational concepts in order to encourage military police officers who carry out the typical activities of the Metropolitan Tactical Rounds Battalion - ROTAM Battalion, to be concerned about their Individual Training, which is subdivided into Operational Training and Material Training. The first refers to technical and doctrinal preparation, through the unit's training, further training and continuing education courses. The second refers to the preparation, selection and packaging of materials and items that will be useful in the theatre of operations. This is a bibliographical study, with descriptive characteristics, based on publications on the subject, mainly from the Armed Forces, the main scholars on the subject. In order to contextualise the subject, a brief explanation of the differences between Special Operations and Tactical Patrolling was chosen, since the subject still causes some confusion among police officers. It was also decided to address some aspects of the ergonomics of police and military equipment, including concepts and topics.

Songs were composed by songwriters, vocal and orchestral performances were extracted by producers, and the results recorded and mastered by audio engineers. The arranger's task was to translate the chords and melodies into an orchestral score, which could then be performed in one take by a team of musicians. Today, of course, the modern palette of sounds is no longer limited to classical instruments, and arranging is often an integral part of the songwriting and production process. An incredible array of synthesisers, samplers and other tools is now available to aid the creative process, and digital technology allows us to shuffle the entire sections of music around until a perfect format is achieved. The city of bands
This book is the result of research carried out in the city of Jo瓊o Pessoa-PB, which aimed to obtain an overview of the band project linked to the Department of Education and Culture (SEDEC). The project has been running for more than two decades and is inserted in schools offering extracurricular musical activities, predominantly the practice of marching bands. Here I provide information on the profile of the conductors who make up the project's staff, the repertoire used in the bands and discuss the teaching concepts that guide the practice of bands in municipal schools, as well as the educational function of the project from the conductors' point of view. I also reflect on the conductors' training and the working conditions offered by the project.

Turning SAE4140 steel using coated carbide inserts
Today's industry demands development in manufacturing processes, especially with more modern and efficient machine tools, and the constant improvement of cutting tools. Choosing the right cutting parameters and the right cutting insert is a matter of keeping up with technology in order to reduce costs and increase the final quality of the products manufactured. The work carried out evaluated the cutting speed parameter of coated carbide inserts in the SAE4140 steel roll turning process. It was concluded that fracture and chipping of the cutting edges were predominant when using high cutting speeds. It can also be observed and emphasised that in the turning process of materials with high hardness, carbide-coated inserts have better performance in the machining of materials with high hardness and good performance in relation to wear.
