CoronApocalypse
This is scientific research from my recent book, not speculations replete with wild assumptive assertions. I ask you to think scientifically with me, now. Lay your emotions aside. My research, which I have exhaustively presented in my last book, The Invisible Enemy, including peer reviewed medical abstracts and references, suggests that: 5G Activated Nanotech is COVID 19 Nanotech is used to lock on to 5G and is essentially activated by 5G. Quite possibly, the nano tech delivery system is Chemtrails, as well as Vaccinations. Correspondingly, the ventilator calibrations we are seeing used with alleged COVID 19 patients are concurrent with what we see used with Acute Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure and NOT Coronavirus related Pneumonia or Influenza. In other words, 5G EMF driven Hypoxia related Thrombosis, leading to Acute Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure, is actually what we are seeing in alleged COVID 19 patients, which is immune system related and not virally contagious. Before the COVID 19 Eugenics Project was launched by Club of Rome puppet Bill Gates, the Climate Change Hoax was implemented by The Club of Rome to manipulate the world into economic submission. It did not work, largely due to its ludicrous propositions and unsupported and unscientific claims, and so the Club of Rome created an Invisible Enemy in the form of a super virus to succeed where Climate Change had failed. Now that virus fear has spread worldwide so well, they can easily backtrack and swoop up and reassert the previously failed Climate Change Agenda in order to finalize the necessary fear required for worldwide tyranny.Of course, this is all being processed through the conduit of the Luciferian Eugenics Philosophy of The United Nations, which is the vile and lethal stepchild of the Club of Rome, both parent and stepchild subservient to the goals and admonishments of Lucis Trust Publications.
Hearing the Stream
Hearing the Stream: A Survivor's Journey into the Sisterhood of Breast Cancer weaves together the author's own story of her struggle with breast cancer with those of five others also diagnosed. Through each of their eyes Chambers brings to life the complexities of this disease, from its emotional and physical impact to its sometimes hidden historical, economic, political, and environmental dimensions. Chambers shows how bonds of sisterhood develop among the survivors, ironically bringing a great deal that is positive into their lives. Because of her grandmother's and her own experiences with breast cancer, Chambers speaks with authority on this subject. Her research and extensive involvement with survivors and cancer organizations allow her to provide a rich, mature perspective on the many complex facets of breast cancer.

Phytochemicals in Cancer Chemoprevention and Treatment
Despite significant progress in anticancer therapy, cancer remains the second most common cause of death worldwide after cardiovascular disease. One of the main problems associated with the failure of anticancer therapy is the resistance to cytostatics observed in cancer cells, which is largely related to the ability to inhibit programmed cell death. These changes result in cancer cell survival, the accumulation of mutations, and, consequently, increased invasiveness. Observed side effects of the therapies used are also a significant problem. Therefore, the continuous search for innovative cancer treatment methods and new groups of compounds with anticancer activity is extremely important. Phytochemicals present in various medicinal plants possess enormous chemopreventive potential. We strongly encourage you to read this Reprint, which demonstrates the enormous importance of phytochemicals in cancer chemoprevention and treatment in various experimental models. We hope that the findings not only confirm their potential anticancer properties but also inspire further research.

New Advances in COVID-19 and Pregnancy
Based on what is known at this time, pregnant women are at an increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19 compared to nonpregnant women. Additionally, pregnant women with COVID-19 might have an increased risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, there is a need to investigate the effects of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on the mortality of pregnant and postpartum women. Worldwide, there are more than 140 million births every year, and pregnant women are potentially at risk for adverse outcomes of novel coronavirus. Although maternal mortality has been reported in some studies, limited information is available about SARS-CoV-2 infection in critically ill pregnant women who are hospitalized for COVID-19.This Special Issue summarizes well-established data on the clinical manifestation of COVID-19 in pregnant women, maternal and perinatal outcomes associated with COVID-19, the risk of vertical transmission of the virus, and the effect of SARS-COV-2 infection during pregnancy on fetal and neonatal outcomes. The data provided by the papers included in this Special Issue will allow researchers to determine the maternal, fetal, and neonatal risk associated with SARS-COV-2 infection during pregnancy and may help to provide evidenced-based and personalized recommendations for the care of pregnant women with COVID-19.

Therapeutic Potential of Natural Products in Internal Diseases
In recent decades, significant progress in drug development has transformed the treatment of internal diseases, improving both outcomes and prognosis. However, these advances frequently come with a cost: serious, sometimes even life-threatening side effects. Many clinicians acknowledge the need for alternatives but commonly lack the knowledge or confidence to use them. Meanwhile, a growing number of people are turning to complementary or alternative approaches, particularly herbal medicines, and they often adopt healthier lifestyle changes alongside these treatments. Despite this trend, skepticism toward natural products remains strong in mainstream medicine, largely due to the limited amount of high-quality evidence. The Special Issue "Therapeutic Potential of Natural Products in Internal Diseases" was created to address this challenge. It presents original research and critical reviews exploring how natural products may contribute to treating these conditions. Together, the studies highlight both the opportunities and the obstacles in translating traditional knowledge and early findings into evidence-based therapies.

The Learning Imperative
Why do academic health systems keep failing at transformation-despite brilliant people, adequate resources, and genuine commitment? After a decade working inside academic health systems across three continents, physician-scientist Nabil Zary has identified a pattern that explains why most improvement initiatives quietly die within 18 months. It's not a lack of effort. It's not resistance to change. It's something more fundamental-and more fixable-than anyone wants to admit. The uncomfortable truth: Most health systems are trying to solve an organic problem with mechanical tools. They teach emergent learning principles through linear processes. They pursue culture change through committee structures. And they wonder why nothing sticks. The Learning Imperative challenges everything you think you know about organizational transformation. Through unflinching analysis and real-world examples from systems that succeeded-and those that spectacularly failed-this book reveals: The five reasons transformation efforts consistently fail (and the one underlying cause that makes them all inevitable)Why governance-not culture, not technology, not training-is the foundational decision that determines whether your transformation succeeds or joins the 70% that failThe critical first 90 days that separate systems destined for breakthrough from those destined for yet another abandoned initiativeHow to conduct an honest organizational autopsy before launching your next transformation attemptThis is not a feel-good book. There are no easy frameworks or reassuring platitudes. Instead, you'll find diagnostic questions that force uncomfortable self-assessment, decision points that demand real commitment, and a clear-eyed roadmap for leaders ready to stop pretending and start transforming. If your organization has tried transformation before and failed, this book will tell you why. If you're about to try again, it might save you from repeating the same mistakes.Essential reading for health system leaders.

Public Health Consequences of Social Isolation and Loneliness
Loneliness carries a significant social stigma, as a lack of friendship and social ties are socially undesirable, and social perceptions of lonely people are generally unfavorable. Lonely people often have very negative self-perceptions, believing that the inability to establish social ties is due to personal inadequacies or socially undesirable attributes. The effect of loneliness on public health is obvious and validated by numerous studies. The negative effects of loneliness may include physical illness, emotional issues, and even mortality, which underline its serious effects. This collection includes chapters on loneliness as a public health issue; introduces a newly developed scale to measure loneliness in intimate relations; investigates the connection between loneliness and physical ailments; studies how COVID-19 affected the experience of loneliness; and presents approaches to reduce and manage loneliness.
The Time of My Life
You Can Live A Life Of Fulfillment!Three to five years to live was Marc McCoy's prognosis after a revelation from God and a terminal cancer diagnosis. Once he came to terms with his remaining "shortened lifespan," a beautiful world began to unfold. It is a world of love, peace, purpose and unspeakable joy.The Time Of My Life is the story of McCoy's journey from a life of promising tomorrows to a life of joyful moments today. God took away his focus on tomorrow but, left him with a much better today and a mission to show others the joy that awaits those who embrace one of Jesus' fundamental teachings. "Tomorrow will bring its own worries," Jesus said in Matthew 6:34. Why is it essential that we live for today and shed our worries about tomorrow? Even if we could, what is the point?"So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom," Moses asked in Psalms 90. Why are our lives so short? What exactly is the wisdom gained from knowing the number of our days? The Time Of My Life provides answers to those and many other of life's tough questions.None of us are guaranteed tomorrow. This book shows how to apply the wisdom of letting go of tomorrow to your busy lives today and experience the life you were meant to live. Learn to see the joy in a life lived moment to moment Experience the relief in letting go of tomorrow's burdens Discover the wisdom of knowing the short number of your days Marc McCoy, a cancer survivor, was forced to address life's most difficult questions and overcome some of life's biggest challenges. Cutting-Edge Research on Physical Fitness Profile in Soccer Players
At the professional level, football is a sport where players run approximately 11 kilometers per game, and about 10% of this constitutes high-intensity running. Additionally, they engage in various other intense actions during the game, which often determine its outcome. In recent years, the pace of the game and the number of matches have significantly increased. To cope with this, footballers need to possess highly developed physical abilities. The introduction of new technologies (e.g., GPS) in training assists coaches in better managing the demands of microcycle design. Moreover, at developmental ages, a special emphasis should be placed on the development of physical abilities, and coaches should exploit the "windows" that appear at each age to maximize performance. This Special Issue offers the opportunity to publish high-quality original papers, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses focused on the development of soccer fitness in both young athletes and adults. More specifically, in this Special Issue, we aim to highlight recent research concerning the physical fitness profile of both young and adult football players, as well as studies focusing on new training methods and the use of new technologies in the coaching process.
What We See through Cardiac Imaging
This Reprint showcases the transformative role of multimodality cardiac imaging in contemporary cardiovascular care. It brings together studies demonstrating how structural, functional, and dynamic insights from echocardiography, cardiac magnetic resonance, computed tomography, and other techniques are now central to diagnosing disease, stratifying risk, and guiding therapy across congenital, structural, coronary, and heart failure conditions. Taken together, these contributions illustrate that cardiac imaging has moved beyond simple anatomical descriptions to become a predictive, therapeutic shaping tool and highlight the need for standardized protocols and multicentre validation
Ethics, Social Responsibility and Quality of Life in Times of Crisis
Crises in organizations can have either devastating consequences or provide the opportunity or improving people, communities, and organizations. However, more often than not, a crisis, either internal or external to the organization, can expose breaches in the overall quality of life and have a dramatic impact on issues such as the psychological safety of individuals and the overall health and well-being of communities and organizations. As a result, stakeholders will react, experience, and be impacted in different ways based on how the organization and its leadership consider issues such as overall quality of life, well-being, and psychological safety. The research papers in this special collection examine the complex issues of ethics, social responsibility, and the importance of well-being for individuals and organizations-particularly during times of crisis.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) are characterized by chronic inflammation of the GIT, with two main clinical manifestations: Crohn's disease, whose pathogenesis involves any part of the gastrointestinal tract, and ulcerative colitis, in which inflammation is limited to the colon. This gastrointestinal tract inflammation leads to symptoms such as bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, malnutrition, and increased intestinal permeability. Among the factors involved in the pathogenesis of these diseases, genetics, dysregulation in the intestinal microbiota, and environmental factors such as diet and physical inactivity stand out. Considering the severity of symptoms related to IBDs, alternative therapies have been sought to alleviate intestinal discomfort, and physical exercise, dietary interventions, and nutritional supplements can bring benefits, which include improving the composition of the microbiota, intestinal tract, and its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action, which may implement a protective action on the permeability in the gastrointestinal tract. This Issue Reprint summarizes various papers published in the collection "Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment", which aims to provide an approach to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of IBDs. This Reprint includes papers dedicated to the clinical diagnosis of IBDs, physical exercise and nutrition in IBDs, microbiota and IBDs, and body composition in IBDs.
Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms in Immune Regulation
This is a Reprint of the first edition of the Special Issue on "Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms in Immune Regulation" published by the journal Cells in 2024-2025. The reprint starts with a review of the latest advances in molecular mechanisms of immunity and the effect of X chromosome loss in immune function. Next, we focus on autoimmunity by exploring the use of circular RNAs as biomarkers in multiple sclerosis and the role of circulating T cell subsets in Type 1 diabetes. We conclude reviewing the part played by lipid biosynthesis metabolism in the inflammatory response mediated by microglia in neurodegeneration and wound healing in the central nervous system. The importance of Immune regulation for preventive medicine is highlighted by a review on the interactions of T follicular helper cells and B cells and their role in the control of viral infections and vaccine design. Next, we explore how immune cell populations affect the prognosis of cancer patients treated by Immunotherapy using immune check point inhibitors. We conclude this part with an emphasis on tissue resident memory T cells (TRMs) and their potential in the control of cancer metastasis. The Special Issue concludes with articles highlighting the interactions between the environment and the immune system, specifically on the generation of tolerogenic dendritic cells mediated by oxygen tension in tissues and exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) on the skin. Thus, this reprint provides a glimpse of the multi-cellular immunoregulatory networks implicated in autoimmune diseases, infection and cancer as well as during normal interactions with the environment.
Shit Happens
Behind the provocative title is a vital message. The last frontier to explore is the world within our own bodies, where great armies of billions of microbes make war to determine whether we, their hosts, shall live happy, healthy lives or degenerate, decay and die. Professor Tom Borody has been studying and researching the human microbiome for a lifetime. It is a microcosm of our world, which we have damaged through ignorance or carelessness of the consequences. We have laid waste to the living universe inside us with antibiotics. They have upset the balance of our microbiome and laid us open to a whole host of 'incurable' illnesses, not just gastric conditions but Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Crohn's Disease and many more. There is hope. If we are smart and swift, we can repair the damage. In 1988, Professor Borody performed the first Faecal Microbial Transplants (FMT) in Australia. He gave his patient back her life and livelihood. Hundreds of thousands more FMTs have taken place since then, worldwide. Right now, there is a desperate need for more research and more large-scale clinical trials. Big Pharma won't support it because it won't generate more pills and potions for them to sell. It turns out the most effective remedy for our many ailments was deep inside us all the time. This book will change forever the way you think about your own body. No shit.
Disease Control Priorities, Fourth Edition (Volume 2)
The fourth edition of Disease Control Priorities (DCP) builds on the three previous editions published from 1993 through 2018. DCP4 uses a collaborative, country-led approach to summarize, produce, and help translate economic evidence to inform better priority setting and capacity strengthening for universal health coverage, public health functions, pandemic preparedness and response, and intersectoral and international action for health. New modeling for DCP4 suggests more than a 20 percent probability in the next decade of another pandemic with mortality comparable to COVID-19. Volume 2, Investing in Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness, and Response, provides practical guidance for countries to prevent, prepare for, and respond to pandemics. Drawing on COVID-19 lessons, it identifies key priorities to build resilient systems that protect lives and economies through evidence-based national and regional actions. Early chapters focus on prevention-- reducing zoonotic risks, strengthening biosafety measures, improving early detection systems, and rapidly characterizing and containing outbreaks. Other chapters discuss targeted public health measures and broader public health and social measures to curb transmission. Core health system investments receive particular attention, especially oxygen systems, emergency care, and vaccine delivery infrastructure that serve both routine and pandemic needs. Later chapters address medical countermeasures, proposing prearranged financing and decentralized manufacturing to accelerate deployment and reduce disparities. Finally, the volume presents a comprehensive framework for pandemic financing that spans the entire pandemic cycle, emphasizing the need for timely, adequate, and effective financial resources. The framework is designed to support policy makers in countries at all income levels and provides a guide to appropriate financing tools for each stage of a pandemic
