Fungal diseases are a type of disease associated with a patient undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). HSCT is a therapy to replace a damaged hematopoietic system with a healthy one from a donor. Hematopoietic stem cells are those capable of regenerating all cell types of blood cells.The aim of this review is to know the hematologic transplant patient and the characteristics that predispose him/her to suffer invasive fungal infections, as well as to know the methods of prophylaxis and treatment and to describe the most commonly used antifungal drugs.

Phytochemical Screening & Activity of M.sapientum & P.dactylifera Leaf
The plants, Musa sapientum and Phoenix dactylifera, have been selected on the basis of its presence in Ayurveda as well as having its many traditional uses whereas not properly and scientifically explored or reported so far. Traditionally, the plants are used against diarrhea, diabetes and menorrhagia, otalgia, haemoptysis and also used as an anthelmintic etc. Impetuses have been given on the leaves of those plants for the benefits of researchers and manufacturers of formulations made from it. Further future work may be done on the leaves of those plants on other aspects, our findings say so. The anti-ulcer activity was studied and found to be new compounds (from the point of scientific evaluation) have been reported first time even though the plants (Musa sapientum and Phoenix dactylifera). Isolation and structure elucidation of certain compounds from the leaves of those plants have been done successfully, in two of the cases at least. Present work has covered all the above aspects, which have been presented in 10 chapters in a logical sequence with relevant references annexed to each chapter. In the conclusion, all the observations and findings have been placed.
The effect of COVID-19 on Mental Health
The Corona virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a pandemic that emerged for the first time in Wuhan, China, and spreads all over the world between December 2019 and early 2020. The state of lock-down in many parts of the world, which are contributing largely to the global economy has led to the halting of services and products. Along with the economy impacts, the ever-increasing morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19 is the biggest setback. The prevalence of epidemics accentuates or creates new stressors. The aim of our study is to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health in the Indian population and their coping strategies. We found out anxiety as the prevalent problem among the participants and being female and under medical stream were associated with anxiety. Women need special attention as they were more vulnerable than evil. Finally, policymakers also need to care for younger adults, mostly students and individuals under the medical stream.

Evaluation of Quality of Life in Knee Osteoarthritis Patients
Knee osteoarthritis related disability is high in the elderly population. Patients feel difficulty in walking/ jogging, an important and easy option to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Stiffness, pain, other knee related symptoms may limit the patients' functional status and recreational activities. Thus, these individuals suffer from progressive impact on their activities of daily living and leads to loss in leisure, social life, sleeping quality and thus decrease in their quality of life. Worse QoL in patients with knee OA is also associated with severity of clinical manifestations and radiographic features. The QoL of knee OA patients was found to be significantly poorer than QoL compared to healthy patients (Non-OA patients).

Study of the Dispensing of Anti-Cancer Drugs
An anti-cancer drug is designed to fight cancer, whatever its mechanism. It is designed to destroy or stop the growth of malignant cells, or to help the body get rid of them more effectively. Dispensing is the pharmaceutical act that combines the dispensing of drugs, the pharmaceutical analysis of the medical prescription and the provision of information and advice necessary for the proper use of drugs (37).To study the dispensing of anticancer drugs in the M'PEWO private pharmacy from August 2023 to July 2024.This was a cross-sectional study with a 6-month survey period from December 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.The study involved 102 registered prescriptions belonging to 85 patients. Women were more frequent. The [46 - 60] age group accounted for 37.7%. The mean age was 48.86 簣 16.45 years. Breast and gastric cancer were the most common, each accounting for 14.1%. Chemoprevention of seasonal malaria in children
Malaria is an infectious parasitic disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite, transmitted mainly by the bites of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. Five species of Plasmodium are known to infect humans. These are: Plasmodium falciparum (P. falciparum), Plasmodium malariae (P. malariae), Plasmodium vivax (P. vivax), Plasmodium ovale (P. ovale) and Plasmodium knowlesi (P. knowlesi). Two of these five Plasmodium species responsible for human malaria are particularly dangerous.According to the World Health Organization's latest estimates, the number of malaria cases in 2023 will be 249 million, an increase of cases compared with 2021. The WHO African Region continues to bear a disproportionate share of the global malaria burden. In 2022, it accounted for 95% of global malaria morbidity and mortality. Children under the age of 5 accounted for around 80% of all malaria deaths in the region, making malaria a major cause of child mortality.

Discovery of Marine Natural Products in China
The biosynthetic potential of marine organisms has garnered increasing interest worldwide. The 16th National Annual Conference and 2023 International Symposium on Marine Drugs (16-NASMD) aim to provide a high-level international forum for scientists to present their new advances and research results regarding the discovery of MNPs. The 16-NASMD is sponsored by the Professional Committee of Marine Drugs of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, organized by the Institute of Marine Drugs, the Zhejiang University of Technology, and held in Hangzhou, China, on 10th-12th November 2023. This joint Special Issue will focus on bioactive natural products from the marine environment, including the following aspects:1. The discovery, identification, and biological evaluation of new MNPs; 2. New strategies for the discovery of new and bioactive MNPs; 3.
