The main focus of this study is in success factors of KM having in consideration that Small and Medium Enterprises (hereinafter: SMEs) have fewer resources and opportunities, both human and financial. This research is about the main factors of KM that plays a successful role in SMEs in the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter: UAE), Qatar & Pakistan. SMEs in the manufacturing and services sector have taken under study to evaluate the success factors of KM implementation. Nevertheless, the upcoming generations have a significant role in protecting the planet further. Especially ecotourism represents a substantial part in this process since the travel industry has gained a lot of attention in the last several decades and has a significant influence on the well-being of the natural environment. This book aimed to investigate the topic of ecotourism for youth in Austria. The primary purpose was to find out more about youth attitude towards ecotourism and environmentally friendly behaviour. Furthermore, it was to illustrate the importance of environmental learning to raise the level of ecological awareness among youth. Quantitative research has been conducted; more precisely, a semi-structured questionnaire has been developed to obtain a more in-depth knowledge about youth perception of ecotourism. Furthermore, a comprehensive literature review was carried out.

Africa Health Insurance Schemes and Retirees Welfare
This study was meant to assess the contribution of the public and private health care scheme to the retirees' welfare in Rwanda specifically in Kigali City. The main objectives aimed at finding out how is health insurance scheme set-up in both public and private structures in Kigali, assessing the welfare of retirees in terms of the level of access to health insurance scheme in Kigali and determining the relationship between health insurance scheme and retirees welfare in Kigali. The study revealed that retirees in Rwanda still face challenges after their retirement because the amount of pension they receive based on their earned salary ranges. Therefore it recommended that retirees through their national association (ARR)with members throughout the country are to be sensitized for a large scale and long term saving plan to fund the special welfare needs of retirees in the long run. Such retirees' fund would be large scale saving model that can partner with the related public actors to top up the basic pension and medical public schemes.

"The Basis of Grape Standardization" is a 1925 treatise by English-born American vintner Frederic Theodore Bioletti (1865 - 1939). Bioletti studied at the University of California, Berkeley from 1889 to 1900, where he worked with prominent soil scientist Professor E.W. Hilgard. His work with Hilgard on the fermentation of wines under different conditions were significant in helping California vintners to refine their wine production practices and improving the resulting wines. Bioletti was the first chair of the Department of Viticulture and Enology and founded the grape breeding program at the University of California Agricultural Experiment Station. This vintage volume will appeal to those with an interest in American winemaking, and it would make for a worthy addition to collections of allied literature.
