Perception of quality
The constant growth of the automotive sector in Brazil has highlighted a sector that is growing at almost the same rate: the automotive mechanics service sector. At the same time as customers have become more demanding and detailed in terms of the quality they expect to receive when obtaining a product or service, it has become necessary for organisations to seek continuous improvement in order to remain in the market. To help with this improvement process, this study analysed the perception of quality that customers of the Tieppo Auto Mec璽nica JJD Ltda ME workshop in the city of Videira/SC have in relation to the services they receive from it. A questionnaire with closed questions was used as a tool to obtain the data, which was applied to customers who sought the workshop's services between March and May 2017. The results could be useful for professionals in the automotive service sector to identify the company's shortcomings, helping them to make decisions regarding the perceived quality of services and customer care by analysing the customer's opinion.

Our research consisted in analyzing the contribution of Quality in improving performance in the transport sector company in the DRC from 2014 to 2018, the case of Soci矇t矇 Commerciale des Transports et des Ports, SCTP, in acronym. The objective pursued by this research was to show the importance of Quality in transport companiesś by highlighting the two strands to be followed: reducing the cost of NON-QUALITY and seeking COMPETITIVENESS. Our concerns centered on two fundamental questions: - Does SCTP SA have a Quality Assurance system? - Does Quality Assurance help to improve commercial, economic and financial performance? - In view of the various questions raised, the following hypotheses were put forward: - Quality Assurance would not exist within SCTP; - Quality Assurance would have a positive impact on economic, financial and commercial performance. To verify these various hypotheses, we used the following methods and techniques: Historical, descriptive and statistical methods. These methods were supported by documentary techniques.

Corporate governance of microfinance institutions
The unique nature of microfinance sector and ownership structure of MFIs in Ethiopia was needed special attentions. The roles of corporate governance practices in sustainable financial performance had not been studied adequately. Hence, this corporate governance towards sustainable financial performance of MFIs in Ethiopia was studied to contribute in filling the study gaps and resolve the respective problems in the sector. In effect, the primary & secondary data were collected from sampled MFIs, analyzed, and discussed. Among others, the corporate governance actors of ownership structure, shareholders, board of directors and senior managements' practices towards sustainable financial performances of MFIs were assessed and presented. It was assured that corporate governances affect sustainable financial performances of MFIs. Moreover, it was concluded that the corporate governance of MFIs in Ethiopia were need some improvements to maintain their sustainable financial performances.
