This research is carried out under a cross-sectional methodological approach, focusing its analysis on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) affiliated to CANACINTRA in Hermosillo, Sonora. The study focuses on the accounting-financial management system, with the objective of analyzing its operation as an essential component to guarantee an efficient and sustainable administration. The results indicate that SME entrepreneurs recognize the importance of having an accounting-financial management system in their businesses; however, they are not yet fully aware of how to maximize the use of this tool in their management. In conclusion, organizational assessment is fundamental for the development and implementation of strategies that strengthen accounting-financial management and promote business growth.

The Role of Culture on Social Entrepreneurship
The study examines the impact of cultural dimensions on social entrepreneurship through research conducted on the managers of 35 associations in the Alanya district of Antalya in T羹rkiye. The study aims to determine how cultural dimensions affect the structure of social entrepreneurship. The data obtained were analysed regarding demographic variables, education level, age, and roles. Using the KEKK path analysis and Smart PLS program, the study reveals the relationship between cultural and social entrepreneurship dimensions. According to the results of the analysis, the majority of participants are male, and there is diversity in age groups, education levels, and roles. Power distance negatively affects perceived social support; uncertainty avoidance positively affects social moral responsibility in the long term; long-term orientation positively affects social moral responsibility; masculinity positively affects perceived social support. These hypotheses are supported hypotheses. The study concludes that the dimension of power distance from cultural dimensions negatively affects perceived social support in social entrepreneurship dimensions.

The susceptibility of tax time effects to disputes in the light of the interest rate level
This study deals with the behavior of the actors in the Austrian appeal procedure for tax matters in the light of changes in the interest level. The underlying question is whether and to what extent the appeal behavior of taxpayers on the one hand and the examination and reopening behavior of the tax office on the other changed over time. For this purpose, all Federal Fiscal Court decisions for a series of tax periodization effects were collected and compared with the development of the interest rate level over time using a regression analysis with regard to the occurrence of several characteristics of interest, such as the type of income, the disputed facts or the supreme court appeal.

This book examines the factors influencing the investment readiness of women-owned micro, small, and medium enterprises (WMSMEs) in Malawi, focusing on barriers and potential solutions. Key findings highlight that limited access to formal financing, lack of tailored financial products, regulatory challenges, and insufficient support in the entrepreneurial ecosystem hinder investment readiness. Women entrepreneurs face difficulties in securing finance due to collateral requirements, gender biases, and a lack of financial literacy. The study suggests interventions such as improving financial literacy, offering gender-specific financial services, providing mentorship and networking opportunities, and simplifying regulatory processes. Additionally, tax incentives, gender-inclusive policies, and recognition of successful women entrepreneurs are essential for fostering a supportive environment. By addressing these barriers, Malawi can improve investment readiness, contribute to women's economic empowerment, and promote sustainable business growth. These findings align with global goals for gender equality and inclusive economic development, as outlined by UN Women (2020).

Intangible Cultures/Values for Sustainable Development Goals Actions
In a rapidly evolving global landscape, culture and values have emerged as pivotal components in the design of sustainable development initiatives. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals provide a foundational framework for addressing some of the most pressing challenges worldwide. However, the intersection of cultural values and the SDGs often remains obscured by prevailing practices, both locally and globally. Dr. Yeung's 40th book presents a novel perspective on this intersection, particularly through the lens of Intangible Cultural Heritage and its alignment with the values embodied in the SDGs, as exemplified by the Archon Wellness project in conjunction with the Extra Curricular Activities Master's Association.
