Information Security Management Principles
In today's technology-driven environment there is an ever-increasing demand for information delivery. A compromise has to be struck between security and availability. This book is a pragmatic guide to information assurance for both business professionals and technical experts.
Valuation of Internally Generated Goodwill
Financial statements often do not reflect the market value of companies, and this difference between book value and market value is largely justified by the existence of intangible assets not recognized in company accounting. In the accounting literature, there are various methods for valuing internally generated intangible assets, such as the Lawrence R. Dicksee Method, the Hatfield Method, the New York Method, the Current Value of Surplus Profits, Replacement Cost or Current Cost, Economic Value, Realization Value, Excess of Economic Value over Current Value and the Residual Model for Valuing Intangible Assets, each of which has advantages and disadvantages. Through exploratory research, we identified, among the methods for measuring internally generated goodwill, the one that effectively represents (or is closest to) the value that the market is willing to pay for a given company's assets, considering that this difference stems from expectations of higher earnings based on surplus assets added to the entity. The research used data obtained from the accounting and financial statements.
Costing methods and budget management
Costing, controlling and budgeting techniques are of vital importance in the governance of companies and organizations in general. The various management control tools help managers to make decisions, monitor actions, manage results and achieve objectives. This book is primarily concerned with the competitiveness, efficiency, effectiveness and performance of organizations. During its preparation, a significant didactic effort was made to help students grasp costing methods in their economic context and understand the tools of management control. To this end, the book systematically includes illustrations, exercises and corrected case studies.
Information Security
This book explains the most important technical terms and contents and assigns them to the corresponding areas. It also includes seemingly peripheral areas that play a role in information security. For instance, the topic complexes of functional Safety and Privacy are examined in terms of their similarities and differences. The book presents currently used attack patterns and how to protect against them. Protection must be implemented on both a technical level (e.g., through the use of cryptography) and on an organizational and personnel level (e.g., through appropriate management systems and awareness training). How can one determine how secure data is? How can relevant threats be identified that need protection? How do risk analyses proceed?

Financial Inclusion and the Performance of Real Sector in Nigeria
This study examines the relationship between financial inclusion and the performance of Nigeria's real sector, encompassing agriculture, industry, and services, using 33 years of data (1990-2022) from the Central Bank of Nigeria. Financial inclusion, defined as access to essential financial services, is measured through indicators like broad money supply, credit to the private sector, lending rate, and the number of bank branches. Using the Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square (FMOLS) approach, the study finds that broad money supply and credit to the private sector significantly improve productivity across all sectors, while higher lending rates and more bank branches negatively affect performance, especially in agriculture and industry. The research highlights the crucial role of financial inclusion in enhancing the real sector's productivity and recommends policies to lower credit costs and promote financial deepening, particularly for small and medium enterprises, to drive Nigeria's economic growth.

Critical analysis of work in the age of artificial intelligence
At present, the unusual return that the operators of artificial intelligence are seeking is the silence of the law, so that they can continue to work without contributing, as any other worker does. Yet, were it not for the pressure of globalization, the law of a country cannot afford to be so silent in the face of a fact that is as uncomfortable as the closure of counters, offices, bank branches and public administrations.Legally, artificial intelligence seems to be floating nowhere. Neither in the civil code, nor in labor law, nor in the penal code. It escapes everything but allows multinational oligarchs to make superprofits. What's more, it's a technology dominated by money collectors, who have integrated companies, banks, state entities and even our private lives. Even if collecting influences the creation of laws, after a certain degree of wealth, money is no more than a collection of millions and billions, more than anything else.
Business leaders' assessment of the business climate

Hence I wrote this monograph with pure intention to explain the concept of Pure Brand Behavior with the help of Neuromarketing and Mirror Neurons.
Perception of Major Stakeholders Towards Organic Farming
The Green Revolution, initiated in the 1960s, significantly increased agricultural productivity in India through the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and hybrid crops. While it achieved food security, the negative impacts on soil health, environmental balance, and human health have prompted a re-evaluation of agricultural practices. As a response to these challenges, organic farming has emerged as a sustainable alternative, focusing on eco-friendly methods that enhance biodiversity, soil health, and agricultural resilience against climate variability. This book examines the current trends and developments in organic farming, highlighting its worldwide acceptance and the increasing area of land under organic cultivation. Notably, India ranks among the top ten countries in terms of both land area dedicated to organic farming and market share for organic products. The study explores the role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the International Federation for Organic Agricultural Movements (IFOAM) in promoting organic practices, alongside national policies supporting organic farming across various Indian states.
Investor Readiness

Research on "Feeling Leadership" using Mirror Neurons and Neuroscience
The most stunning recent discovery in behavioral neuroscience is the identify action of mirror neurons in widely dispersed areas of the brain. Italian neuroscientists found them by accident while monitoring a particular cell in a monkey's brain that fired only when the monkey raised its arm. One day a lab assistant lifted an ice cream cone to his own mouth and triggered a reaction in the monkey's cell. It was the first evidence that the brain is peppered with neurons that mimic, or mirror, what another being does. This previously unknown class of brain cells operates as neural Wi-Fi, allowing us to navigate our social world. When we consciously or unconsciously detect someone else's emotions through their actions, our mirror neurons reproduce those emotions. Collectively, these neurons create an instant sense of shared experience. Mirror Neurons have particular importance in organizations, because leaders' emotions and actions prompt followers to mirror those feelings and deeds. This fully fledged monograph give you detail idea how to understand and practice Feeling Leadership using Mirror Neurons and Neuroscience.
